This is the full price for your cake. The amount shown in the payment link is taken now and reserves your pickup date.
We’ll contact you to confirm the flavour, colour and any details before your cake is made.
Cakes are freshly made for collection in-store on your chosen date.
Non-refundable within 48 hours of your pickup date. Changes to the order may affect the price.
- This cake contains a plastic straw support inside. Remove the internal support before serving to prevent a choking or injury hazard.
- We handle multiple ingredients in our kitchen daily. This includes nuts, gluten, dairy, and other major allergens. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free from trace.
- Every cake is made by hand, so yours will differ slightly from the reference photo — colours, piping and finish vary between bakes.
- By paying, you confirm this is the full price for your cake, that it is made for collection on your chosen date, and that the details will be confirmed with Lottie’s Bakehouse before it is made.
Collection
- Collect in-store from 10 Charlotte House Basement, Manchester, M1 4FL.
- Pickup is between 12:00 and 18:15. You’re welcome to collect any time after your slot, but not before it.
- We’re closed on Thursdays, so there are no collections that day.
- We don’t offer delivery.
Cancellations & refunds
- Orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of your pickup date.
- If you cancel earlier than that, we’ll refund you less the cost of any ingredients or work already committed.
- If something isn’t right, tell us within 24 hours of collection — with a photo if you can — and we’ll put it right with a remake or a refund.
- For food-safety reasons we can’t accept returns of freshly made items once they’ve left the shop, except where there’s a genuine fault.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
- None of this affects your statutory rights.
